Ghenos Games: Between Two Cities - Essential Edition;

• Between Two Cities is a game of fishing and placing tiles to build two cities that provide points.
• In fact, each player will have to build two cities: one by collaborating with the player on his left and another by collaborating with the player on his right. To win, a player must divide his attention and dedication equally between the two cities (Between Two Cities).
• At the end of the game, each city will provide a score based on its architectural majesty. A player's final score is the lower of the scores of the two cities he or she helped design.
• Each round you will have to draw a certain defined number of tiles. Choose two and pass the others to the next player. Reveal the two tiles and decide with the player on your right and the one on your left which tile to place in one city or the other.
• Once you have decided, you will have to place the tiles. The first one you place must be played on a space on the landscape board. Subsequent tiles must be adjacent to a previously placed one. It is not possible to build on spaces that illustrate natural elements.
• The tiles illustrate industries, shops, clubs, parks, offices, houses and public buildings. Each building, depending on where it is placed, will provide points at the end of the game. For example, venues will provide more or fewer points depending on how many types of venues there are in the city, or the more connected parks there are, the more points you will get.
• Between Two Cities – Essential Edition is the version of the Between Two Cities game that contains both the components of the original game and those of the Capitals expansion.
• Like all Stonemaier games, this one also contains the Automa rules, i.e. a rule book with instructions for a solo game mode.
