On November 11th, Bruce Springsteen's new album “Only The Strong Survive” will be released, containing 15 great soul hits, reinterpreted by the artist. The album will be available in CD and double black LP versions. “Only The Strong Survive” comes two years after “Letter To You” (2020), which debuted at #1 on the FIMI/GFK chart of best-selling albums and vinyl and is certified Platinum in Italy. This new work by Bruce celebrates the music and catalogs of the legendary labels Motown, Philadelphia International / Gamble and Huff and Stax: inside, the unmistakable voice of Bruce Springsteen and the musical contributions of The E Street Horns, the string arrangements made by Rob Mathes and the backing vocals of Soozie Tyrell, Lisa Lowell, Michelle Moore, Curtis King Jr., Dennis Collins and Fonzi Thornton. The songs “I Forgot to Be Your Lover” and 'Soul Days' are enriched by the voice of Sam Moore of the legendary soul duo Sam & Dave. The first single from 'Only The Strong Survive' is "Do I Love You (Indeed I Do)", originally performed and written by Frank Wilson in 1965, already in rotation on the radio in Italy. Recorded at Thrill Hill Recording in New Jersey, 'Only The Strong Survive' was produced by Ron Aniello, with Rob Lebret as sound engineer and Jon Landau as executive producer.
